Let’s Play!

I've been in love with yoga since 2008.  I teach yoga at the beautiful Feelgood yoga studios in Vienna, Austria.

I teach Jivamukti yoga, vinyasa yoga, and other styles including prenatal, iyengar, budokon, and yin yoga.

My yoga journey started when I accidentally tried Bikram yoga in Toronto in 2008 and it was love at first asana, although me and my younger sister who was only 13 at the time, were giggling throughout the whole class. Since then, I fell in love with Mysore ashtanga and Jivamukti at NOK Yoga Shala (now SOUK Beirut), Iyengar, Budokon, Katonah, Rocket, and I continue to practice a wide variety of yoga methods and get excited about new inspiration everyday.

Having worked as a classical musician and performer, I love using music and a lot of playfulness (or, bad jokes) to uplift the energy of the class.

I'm a certified Jivamukti teacher, aiming to provide classes that are not just about flowing physically but also spiritually, through exploring yogic philosophy, self-reflection, chanting along with the harmonium, and meditation, in a holistic effort to achieve yoga (union).

I am supremely grateful to teachers and students who taught and still teach me: Bashir Saade, Maria Pamoukian, Bruno Teyssandier, Yogeswari, Daniela Powers, and every other teacher I have taken a class with.
